Daniel Sterrett
Daniel Sterrett is the founder of Sterrett Law. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented individuals, business and public entities in state and federal courts throughout California.
Prior to forming Sterrett Law, Daniel was a litigator at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy in Burlingame, California. Daniel also clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and for Lavorato, House, Chilton, Lavorato & Lavorato in Salinas, California.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Daniel graduated from Palma High School in Salinas, California.
